Privacy Policy

In short

Done! was designed to work on your device. Your habits, quiz answers, progress, appointments, important dates and settings are stored only on your phone. We don't sell or share personal data, and there's no account.

The only information that leaves your device is for gift code redemption, explained below — and only if you use that feature.

What stays on your device

• Your habits, “done” check-ins and your streak
• Onboarding quiz answers and preferences (language, sounds, faith quotes)
• Water goal (weight range and gender, if you choose to provide them)
• Appointments and important dates you add
• Reminder times

If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it. There's no sign-up and no cloud sync.

Gift code redemption

If you enter a gift code in Settings → Redeem code, the app sends our server the code you typed, the app's identifier and a random device identifier. That identifier is created by the app itself; it is not the advertising identifier and does not reveal who you are.

It is used only to validate the code and prevent the same code from being used twice on the same device. Nothing else leaves your device. If you never redeem a code, nothing is sent.

Device calendar (optional)

If you turn on “Show my calendar”, the app reads today's events from your phone's calendar to show them on the Today screen. This happens on your device and nothing is sent. You can turn it off at any time.

Dictation

In “Speak or type”, it's your phone keyboard's microphone that listens, not Done!. The app does not request microphone permission. Transcription follows the keyboard maker's policy.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your device. We don't use a notification server, and the app works normally if you deny permission.

“Our apps” list

The Our apps screen downloads a public list of our apps. That request carries none of your data.

What the app does NOT do

• No ads and no advertising trackers
• Does not collect location, contacts or photos
• Does not sell or share data with third parties
• Does not require an account

Purchases

If a subscription is offered in the future, payment will be processed by the App Store or Google Play. This policy will be updated before any change.

This website

This website uses no cookies, ads or trackers. The quiz runs only in your browser: your answers are not sent anywhere.
